How much should I expect to pay for shipping?

Shipping is typically FREE with our products.

Why am I already receiving renewal notices?

To keep our costs down, we send out automatic and periodic renewal offers for special products or discounts that we believe would benefit our readers. If you wish to stop receiving renewal notices, you have two options:

  1. Sign up for auto-renew
  2. Contact us and request to stop receiving renewal notices.

What form of payment do you take?

We accept all major credit cards, checks, and money order. For auto-renew we can only accept credit cards.

What is “auto-renew” and when can I expect to be charged for the next term of my subscription?

Auto-renew is an automatic renewal of your subscription. This option allows you to continue receiving your subscription while automatically being charged for a new term year without the hassle of constant renewal reminders or your subscription being terminated or suspended. This also locks in your subscription price so you can be sure you will pay the same price every year, even if the price increases for new subscribers. There’s no risk, as you are free to cancel anytime.

You can expect your credit card to be charged automatically a month prior.

How do I change my subscription address?

To make any changes to your subscriber information, visit contact us.

Who do I contact if I have a problem with my subscription?

What if the product I ordered won’t allow me to sign in?

First, log out of your Seven Figure Solutions account. Then log in to the product just purchased using the information provided (link, username and password) on the confirmation page after you placed your order or in the confirmation email.

If you are still having trouble, please contact us during normal business hours.

I wish to order a product that I know exists but I can’t find it on the website?

We are continually updating and revising our products to ensure the newest, most current information is available. We may temporarily remove from our website products that are being updated or revised until the new edition is available for purchase. If you wish to know when the most current product will be available, you can contact us here.
